Location Tracking

A geofence is a virtual boundary or geographic area defined by specific geographical coordinates.
It is a digital perimeter set around a real-world location, and when a device, such as a smartphone, enters or exits this predefined area,
it can trigger various actions or notifications.

When a parent creates a geofence for the child’s device, notifications are triggered when the child enters or leaves the
specified geographical area. Parents receive alerts informing them of their child’s movements in and out of the designated place.

1. Login as a parent.
2. Go to the home screen.
3. Click on “Location.”
4. Navigate to “GeoFence.”
5. Click on “Add New Location.”
6. Adjust the circle by clicking the edit icon to change the radius of the geofence.
7. Enter the place name.
8. Click the save button.

3. Click on “Location.”

6. Click the delete icon.
7. Confirm by clicking “OK”.

To set the range of a geofence, click on the edit icon and adjust the circle to change the radius of the geofence.

The Check-In feature is accessible on the child’s device. When the child taps the “Check-In” button on the home screen, it sends the current location of the device to the parent. The parent can then view the child’s current location on their home screen.

The Check-In Request feature is available on the parent’s device. When the parent clicks the “Check-In Request” button on the home screen, it sends a notification to the child to initiate a check-in. This allows parents to instantly know the current location of the child’s device.

1. Go to the home screen.
2. Click on the “Location” button.
3. Navigate to the Event section.
4. Click the “Check-In Request” button.

1. Go to the home screen.
2. Click on the “Check-In” button.

No. Check-In requests are controlled from the parent side, not from your child’s device. You send a request from your own device, and your child’s app shows a notification so they can share their current location with one tap.

Nothing is shared unless you send a request or your child taps Check-In themselves, so if you would rather not use the feature, simply do not send requests.

  • In the screenshot section, click “Enable,” or go to the settings to enable the switch and set the desired interval for screenshots.

Alerts in the Timeline are triggered if the child attempts to access content related to alcohol/drugs, cryptocurrency, dating,
