Click on “More” and select “All Registered Devices” to see a list of all registered child devices.

  • Download and install KidsNanny from App Store login as child by selecting child profile.
  • Tap on “This device not Configure. Configure?” > “Install iOS Profile”.
  • Follow the on screen step and download Device management profile.
  • Open Setting app > Tap on “Profile Downloaded” and install.
  • Download and install KidsNanny Tool from Download 
  • Open and Login.
  • Find your child device and tap on “Make Supervise”.
  • After few minutes you will get success alert and device will be reboot during process.

Click on “More”, go to “All Registered Devices”, and click “Delete” to delete a child device.

App:
1. Open the app
2. Click on the “Reset PIN” text in the PIN entry screen.
3. Login
4. Enter your new PIN.
5. Click the submit button to confirm.

Web:
1. Click on the “More” section.
2. Select “Change Screen PIN.”
3. Enter your new PIN.

  5. Tap Remove Management.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the removal process
  • For Supervised device (Advanced Features Installed)
  1. Download the KidsNanny Tool on your computer.
  2. Install and open the KidsNanny Tool.
  3. Log in to your KidsNanny account within the tool.
  4. Connect the child’s device to the computer via USB cable.
  5. Locate the device within the tool and tap Stop Monitoring.

Screen Time Management

Screen Time, available on the parent device, encompasses various features:

1. Downtime:
Restricts access to all apps for a specified duration.

2. App Limits:
Sets limits on the child’s app usage for specific hours or days.

3. Always Allowed:
Permits continuous access to certain apps.

4. Block App:
Prevents access to specific apps or categories.

Restricts access to all apps for a specified duration.

1. Login as a parent.
2. Go to screen time.
3. Navigate to downtime.
4. Click on the “Add New” button.
5. Enter the name, start time, end time, and select the days.
6. Click the save button.

Enable Downtime
Activate the switch for the downtime you want to enable.

Disable Downtime
Deactivate the switch for the downtime you want to disable.

Delete Downtime
Click the delete icon next to the downtime you want to remove.

For instance, if you want to schedule downtime for one hour on Sunday, select the start time and end time, and choose Sunday. The specified downtime will only apply on Sundays.

Location Tracking

A geofence is a virtual boundary or geographic area defined by specific geographical coordinates.
It is a digital perimeter set around a real-world location, and when a device, such as a smartphone, enters or exits this predefined area,
it can trigger various actions or notifications.

When a parent creates a geofence for the child’s device, notifications are triggered when the child enters or leaves the
specified geographical area. Parents receive alerts informing them of their child’s movements in and out of the designated place.

1. Login as a parent.
2. Go to the home screen.
3. Click on “Location.”
4. Navigate to “GeoFence.”
5. Click on “Add New Location.”
6. Adjust the circle by clicking the edit icon to change the radius of the geofence.
7. Enter the place name.
8. Click the save button.

5. Find the geofence you want to delete in the geofence list.

To set the range of a geofence, click on the edit icon and adjust the circle to change the radius of the geofence.

The Check-In feature is accessible on the child’s device. When the child taps the “Check-In” button on the home screen, it sends the current location of the device to the parent. The parent can then view the child’s current location on their home screen.

The Check-In Request feature is available on the parent’s device. When the parent clicks the “Check-In Request” button on the home screen, it sends a notification to the child to initiate a check-in. This allows parents to instantly know the current location of the child’s device.

Screen Scanner

The Screen Scanner is a feature that allows parents to periodically capture screenshots of their child’s device. For example, it can take a screenshot every five minutes. These screenshots are sent to the parent, and any inappropriate images are flagged for review.

1. Login as a parent.
2. On the Home screen, go to “Screen Scanner.”
3. In the screenshot section, click ‘Enable’ or go to the settings. Activate the switch and choose your preferred screenshot interval.

Restrictions and Timer Features

On the Parent Device, the “Always Allowed” feature is found in the “Screen Time” section. When you block an app, set an app limit, or establish downtime on your child’s device, the specified app will be restricted from opening. However, if you wish to grant your child access to a particular app, simply add that app to the “Always Allowed” list.

On the Parent Device,
1. Navigate to the Screen Time section.
2. Click on “Always Allowed.”
3. Review the list of installed apps on your child’s device, each accompanied by an icon.
4. Choose the plus icon preceding the app name that you want to grant your child access to.
5. Click the save button to confirm and add the app to the “Always Allowed” list.

 On the Parent Device,
1. Go to the Screen Time section.
2. Click on “Always Allowed.”
3. You’ll find a list of installed apps on your child’s device, each accompanied by an icon.
4. Select the minus icon preceding the app name that you no longer want your child to access.
5. Click the save button to confirm and remove the app from the “Always Allowed” list.

Instant Lock Down swiftly restricts your child from using all apps instantly.

On the parent device home screen, activate the “Instant Lockdown” switch for an immediate app lockdown.

Applimit refers to a feature that allows parents to set usage limits for their child’s device. For instance, if a parent sets an applimit of 2 hours,
the child can access the device’s apps for a maximum of two hours. Once this time limit is reached, the apps will be restricted,
promoting a controlled and balanced screen time for the child.

If a child requests extra time, the parent will receive a pop-up dialog, allowing them to grant additional time for the child to use the device.

If you set an App Limit for two hours every day, the child will be able to access the device for a maximum of two hours each day. Once this limit is reached, access to the device will be restricted until the next day.

Pricing and Subscription

Once KidsNanny is installed, and you are logged in as the parent device, after 7 days, you will begin receiving a screen prompt every 10 minutes. This screen presents a comprehensive list of features available with both subscription and without subscription options.

  1. Log in to your Parent Profile.
  2. Click on “More” and select “Subscription”.
  3. Click on the “See Premium Plan” button.
  4. Choose either the Monthly or Annual plan based on your preference.
  5. Click on the “Get Premium” button.
  6. You will then receive a prompt from the App Store or Google Play. Tap the “Subscribe” button to complete the process.
  7. Upon successful subscription, you will see a confirmation screen, and a confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address.

If you prefer not to subscribe and enjoy the Basic (Free) version, simply press the back button.

We offer two subscription plans: Monthly and Yearly.

Monitor Content and Block Apps

The Content Filter, accessible on the parent device, offers several features:

1. Block by Severity Index:
Utilize severity index settings to restrict access to content based on safety levels.

2. Safe Browsing:
Enable safe browsing to limit your child’s exposure to searched results in web browsers.

3. Block by Category:
Restrict your child’s access to websites falling under specific blocked categories.

4. Block by Domain:
Prevent access to particular websites by specifying blocked domains.

The Severity Index feature, located within the “Content Filter” section of the Parent Device, determines the types of websites accessible to your child. This index offers categories such as “Block All,” “Very Safe”, “Safe”, “Moderate”, “Risky”, and “Allow All” allowing parents to specify the level of access permitted for their children based on severity levels.

Safe Browsing is a protective service featured in the “Content Filter” section of the Parent Device, which notifies users of potentially harmful websites or files before they’re accessed or downloaded. To activate Safe Browsing, simply follow these steps:

1. Login as the parent user.
2. Navigate to the “Content Filter” section.
3. Toggle the “Safe Browsing” switch to enable it.

App Usage

App usage provides information about the total time children spend on the device.

To check your child’s device usage,in the parent device navigate to the Insights section where you will find a detailed activity report.

To view weekly usage, simply activate the weekly switch located in the top right corner of the Insights section on the parent device.

Currently, we do not offer detailed app usage statistics for individual apps.

Social History And Alert

On the parent device, go to the Insights section, scroll down the page, and you will discover a list of the most visited sites by your child, including links to the visited sites across any browser.

To activate Web history, you must acquire a KidsNanny subscription.Toggle Content

To enable YouTube history, you need to purchase a KidsNanny subscription

5. Enter the channel name you want to block.
6. Click the Block button.
7. Ensure the “Only allow specific channels” switch is turned off.

Timeline is a feature accessible on the parent device. When parents navigate to the Timeline section,
they can monitor activities on the child’s device, including newly installed or removed apps,
currently visited sites from different browsers, and receive alerts when their child accesses potentially harmful content.

Alerts in the Timeline are triggered if the child attempts to access content related to alcohol/drugs, cryptocurrency, dating,
gambling, illegal activities, hate speech, bullying, abuse, or weapons. The system sends a notification detailing
the accessed content by the child and displays the alert in the Timeline for parent awareness.
