How do I delete my account (my data) completely?
Deleting your account will permanently delete all data and events. This action cannot be undone. To delete your account follow below steps:
From Child App:
1. Tap on “About”.
2. Tap on “Settings”.
3. Confirm your PIN.
4. Tap on “Delete Account”.
5. Confirm, I understand this action cannot be undone.
6. Tap on “Proceed”.
7. Tap on “GOT IT”.
From Parent / Website:
1. Login into your account.
2. Tap on “More” menu.
3. Tap on “Account Deletion Request”.
4. Confirm, I understand this action cannot be undone.
5. Tap on “Proceed”.
6. Tap on “GOT IT”.
